BETTER THAN ANY MEDICINE...when used with medicine was birthed when I started working with clients with HIV/AIDS in 2002. Most of my clients were so traumatized and stigmatized that they had no hope. However, when I started doing what I called those days, Spiritual counselling, I saw tremendous change in them. Several of my clients from those days are still living today happily and healthily till now. In 2010, I decided to teach from the document developed, more extensively, what worked for those clients. The purpose of this decision was that other clients and practitioners would benefit from it. This is what has resulted in the book you see today. It is a Christian document but the concepts may find meaning in and for other religions. The additional manual for Clinicians and Therapists is to help practitioners use a theory and a therapy rooted in the spiritual dimension of therapy to help clients needing such therapy.
